It is a Polylactic-polyglycolic co-polymer bone substitution material that is completely absorbable, osteoconductive, hypoallergenic and does not produce any inflammatory reaction. It allows a faster biological deterioration in a period included between a minimum of 3-4 months and a maximum of 6-8 months. This timeframe represents the period required to generate new bone tissue that at the end of the process will show all the typical characteristics of natural alveolar bone.
Fisiograft comes in 3 different forms (POWDER, SPONGE, GEL), single-dosed, and sterilized by gamma radiation (25 kGy).
